Yes! For Upper West Side customers between 74th and 120th Street, we offer same-day delivery within 1 hour. Upper East Side customers can receive same-day delivery within 2 hours. Yes, we require valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 years or older. This is required by law for all alcohol deliveries. Someone 21+ must be present to receive the delivery.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash for in-store purchases. For delivery orders, we accept card payments.

Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened bottles in original condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

Our delivery team will call you before delivery. If you're not available, we can reschedule for the same day (local zones) or next available day (scheduled zones). Someone 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive alcohol deliveries.

Currently, we focus on Manhattan delivery, primarily Upper West Side and Upper East Side. We do not ship to other states due to varying alcohol shipping regulations.
