Product Description
The 2021 growing season began with colder-than-average temperatures and a dry spring. With limited winter rainfall, the vines had to reach deep for water and nutrients, creating just enough stress to enhance fruit concentration. Consistently warm Summer temperatures allowed the fruit to ripen gradually while preserving its freshness. This wine opens with aromas of ripe black plum and sandalwood. On the palate, flavors of black raspberry with notes of mocha and fig. Elegant tight-grained tannins join hints of spice and dusty mineral in a lasting finish.
