The agave piñas are slow-roasted in brick ovens for 72 hours, followed by an extended fermentation process lasting about eighty hours—almost twice the usual time. Rested for two months, this tequila offers a crisp, clean profile with notes of citrus, vanilla, and sweet agave, finishing smoothly.
