Les Birbettes originates from the estate’s oldest vineyards, each exceeding 60 years of age, with two planted in the 1920s. These aged vines produce small, concentrated grapes that result in a wine renowned for its exceptional purity, lively salinity, and pronounced minerality. Their maturity allows them to adapt to seasonal climatic shifts, preserving balance and ensuring ideal ripeness. The diminutive berries enhance the wine’s precision and structure, while the marked salinity accentuates the unique mineral essence of the terroir.
