Les Birbettes originates from the estate’s oldest vineyards, each exceeding 60 years of age, with two planted in the 1920s. These aged vines produce small, concentrated grapes that result in a wine renowned for its exceptional purity, lively salinity, and pronounced minerality. Their maturity allows them to adapt to seasonal climatic shifts, preserving balance and ensuring ideal ripeness.
