Cisaria Rosato Negroamaro is crafted from Negroamaro grapes handpicked in mid-September, cultivated using espalier and spurred cordon methods in Guagnano’s countryside. After careful de-stemming, the grapes undergo gentle pressing with must temperature maintained at 14 °C. Before bottling, the wine receives flash pasteurization at 86 °C, then quickly cooled to 20 °C. This rosé displays a pale pink hue with orange highlights and reveals pronounced red fruit aromas, balanced by the fresh acidity characteristic of Negroamaro. Well-structured and enjoyable, it pairs beautifully with grilled meats, light pasta dishes, appetizers, and fish. Serve chilled between 10 °C and 12 °C.
