This wine is crafted through a dual process: half of the grapes were gently pressed whole and the clarified juice fermented in barrels, while the other half underwent traditional fermentation on the skins before pressing. Both portions experienced natural fermentation in barrels and stainless steel tanks. The wine then matured for six months on light lees in barrel. Wild One reveals a full-bodied character, with notes of honey, green melon, and peaches, offering a refined, balanced palate and a lingering, velvety vanilla finish.
