The Levantina is a distinguished member of the Asufa collection, reflecting Guy Eshel’s unique vision at the winery. This red blend combines Petite Sirah (50%), Grenache (25%), and Carignan (25%) sourced from three distinct Israeli regions. Each varietal underwent separate vinification and aged for ten months in oak before blending, followed by an additional two months of oak maturation. The result is a complex wine characterized by rich black and blue fruit aromas intertwined with notes of coffee, tobacco, and baking spices, supported by finely textured tannins. It earned a commendable 90-point rating from Wine Enthusiast.
