Fattoria La Lecciaia was acquired by Mauro Pacini in 1983 and has since been modernized with cutting-edge winemaking techniques while preserving the ancient Brunello di Montalcino traditions. Located in Vallafrico, adjacent to some of Montalcino’s oldest and most esteemed estates, the estate benefits from unique soil and microclimate conditions ideal for producing renowned Brunello wines. Spanning 60 hectares—comprising forests, olive groves, and 15 hectares of vineyards—over half of the vineyard area is devoted to Brunello, with the remainder yielding other wines notable for their structure, character, and exceptional flavor.
