This wine reveals captivating scents of Meyer lemon, grapefruit, guava, and mango. On thepalate, it presents rich layers of lemon cream, peach, and papaya, enhanced by refreshing hints of lime zest. The stainless steel tank fermentation preserves vibrant freshness, while subtle nuances from neutral French oak barrels contribute structure, complexity, and depth. Fumé Blanc complements simple seafood and poultry dishes, and also pairs well with veal and pork. Its dynamic profile harmonizes with spicy and ethnic cuisines including Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, and Southwestern flavors. Blend: 98.61% Sauvignon Blanc, 1.39% Sauvignon Musqué.
