
This Pinot Noir is crafted from premier vineyards across the Willamette Valley, mainly the Hyland Vineyard. The grapes are cultivated without chemical fertilizers and hold Live Certified Sustainable status. Hand-harvested, they are then de-stemmed and crushed. The winemaking process includes a 7-day cold soak followed by 18 days of skin contact. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, with the wine maturing for 8 months in French Oak, resulting in a refined and elegant profile.
