Saperavi is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from Saperavi sort of vine, cultivated in Kakhetian region. The wine has a dark ruby colour with a cherry flavour and a smooth berry taste. This wine  pairs well with veal, lamb and cheese. Best served between 60 and 65.
