This mouth watering Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. The wine reaches its drinking window two to four years after harvest and will continue to develop for 8-10 years under suitable conditions. It is the perfect accompaniment for beef dishes, such as steak, or oven-baked lamb. Open about an hour and a half before serving, or pour into a decanter, at a temperature of 16-18 C
