From the winery: Our lovely, newest vintage of Merlot has bountiful aromatics that are enough to keep you satisfied with only your nose in the glass. Overflowing with wild strawberry, soft violet and Lincoln rose, this wine is a delight to the senses. Found amidst the fruits and florals are subtle hints of a rosemary and pipe smoke. Moving into the soft, round mouth we find a dusty raspberry balanced with soft oak and smooth tannins. Alongside those, are flavors of warm ripe fig and soft baking spice. This lovely soft, lush wine has a lingering finish and a satisfying mouth feel that will make you question why you ever thought badly of this noble varietal.
