Auteur Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted at Israel's Arza Winery under the expert guidance of winemaker Philippe Lichtenstein, who has been granted complete creative freedom. Sourced from grapes grown at 860 meters in Kerem Ben Zimra, northern Galilee, this wine is matured in oak barrels for 14 months. Displaying a deep hue and full-bodied character, it reflects the refined French tradition of Cabernet Sauvignon. Its aroma and palate reveal elegant notes of dark fruits, earthy tones, and gentle oak. This distinguished wine has been honored with a Gold Medal from Terravino.
