Kavalan Classic was the first whisky produced by the distillery and expresses the quality and the character of the brand. It is strongly influenced by the cool air of the north-east of the island of Taiwan and the pure water of Snow Mountain. Kavalan Classic consists of mainly refill barrels, ex-bourbon barrels, and a small percentage of sherry barrels.
