The grapes for our Volcanic Riesling are cultivated in the Valley of Tears, located in the northern Golan Heights—the coldest and highest vineyard region in Israel. Fermentation took place between 15.0 and 18.0°C, allowing for a refined extraction of color, aroma, and flavor. This wine displays a golden straw color with a subtle green tint, offering aromas of jasmine, pear, and lime. On the palate, it is a light to medium-bodied wine featuring flavors of green apple and lime, balanced acidity, and a crisp, mineral-driven texture.
