Puzzle Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, dry red hailing from the Judean Hills, made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on sun-kissed slopes with well-drained, airy soil. After 14 months of oak aging, it reveals a deep ruby color and opens with layered aromas of dark black fruit, green pepper, mint, and a hint of warm spice. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and rich, with balanced acidity and firm tannic structure that hints at both youthful vibrancy and aging potential. It pairs beautifully with hearty dishes like roasted lamb, rich stews, or pasta in meat-based sauces. Though widely available in Mevushal form, look for the non-Mevushal kosher bottling to preserve the traditional profile for occasions requiring complete ritual status.
