Deep garnet hues frame this distinguished Amarone, revealing layers of dark cherry and subtle spice on the bouquet. Full-bodied and complex, it delivers a rich palate that harmonizes beautifully with robust meats—particularly beef and venison. A wine of considerable depth and elegance.
Aromas of rose hips, dried red berries and pretty flowers. Spicy oak, too. The palate is full-bodied, concentrated and intense. Fluid and fruity at first, then the tannins kick in and give a firm finish. Needs a year or two to reach maximum expression, but shows great promise. Try from 2025.
An enticing red, offering up-front notes of sun-dried cherry and black plum reduction that burst with juicy flavors on the silky palate. Accented by tarry mineral, dried violet and tea rose notes, this shows crisp, finely integrated and lively acidity. Silky. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon.
