Talbott Vineyards Kali Hart Pinot Noir reflects the vibrant and youthful essence of its namesake. Harvested from the Sleepy Hollow Vineyard in Monterey, this wine offers a fruit-centric profile with rich cherry, plum, and subtle sweet French oak notes. This Pinot Noir is our most expressive fruit-forward estate offering—inviting and luminous. It reveals aromas of Bing cherry, cola, boysenberry, and delicate vanilla. The palate delivers concentrated red and black berries balanced by nuanced oak and silky tannins. The finish is polished and elegant, with traces of minerality, herbs, and refined French oak, capturing the cool climate character of the Santa Lucia Highlands.

This is one of the most reliably delicious while affordable Pinot Noirs in California. Bright but concentrated aromas of strawberry cream, singed sage and crushed rock kick off the nose. The palate is satisfyingly rich with baked cherry and pecan pie flavors, yet tense in texture and zippy in acidity.
A soft and juicy pinot noir with dried strawberry, orange peel and dried mushroom character with some dust. Medium body. Round tannins and a juicy finish.

Pinot Noir is a red wine grape variety that is widely considered one of the most challenging and finicky to grow. It is known for producing elegant, aromatic wines with flavors and aromas that can include red berries, cherry, floral notes, and earthy undertones. Pinot Noir is often associated with regions like Burgundy in France, where it reaches its pinnacle, producing some of the world's most sought-after and expensive wines.
