Since 2008, this cuvée has focused on Pinot Noir, comprising about 90% of the blend, sourced from historic Grand Crus. The 2015 vintage reveals delicate floral aromas of acacia and jasmine, complemented by white fruit notes like Granny Smith apple and pear, alongside citrus hints of grapefruit, clementine, and lemon zest. Subtle spices such as white pepper and ginger, with chalky and stony nuances, complete the profile. Blend: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Named after Madame Clicquot’s nickname, "La Grande Dame de la Champagne," this is the 24th vintage since its 1972 debut.
