The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar'on Vineyard showcases vibrant cherry and mature plum flavors, enriched by subtle cigar and chocolate nuances, complemented by herbal undertones. This single vineyard Cabernet offers a full-bodied, richly textured experience. Aged 18 months in French oak, it is enjoyable upon release but will continue to develop complexity over the years, maintaining excellent quality for more than a decade. Ideal pairings include grilled steak, robust lamb stew, or herb-roasted eggplant with tomatoes and mushrooms.
